Our GRP pipes are made from high-quality vinyl ester and epoxy resins, each with specific properties suited for different operating conditions. The choice of material depends on factors such as chemical exposure and temperature requirements.

Chemical Resistance: High resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

Comparing Filament Winding and Centrifugal Casting
Fiberpipe offers two premium manufacturing methods for GRP pipes: filament winding and our globally unique centrifugal casting process. Each method has specific advantages that impact pipe performance and applicability. Our team helps you select the best method for your needs.
Filament Winding
Endless fibers (roving) are wound around a form and impregnated with resin. The winding angles can be adjusted according to pressure requirements for optimal strength.
Centrifugal Casting
Exclusive to Fiberpipe, this process involves embedding glass fabric in a rotating mold and impregnating it with resin. The technique ensures exceptionally smooth inner and outer walls with maximum chemical resistance.
